About Us
Salon Felice is an award-winning Aveda salon known for sustainable beauty practices and exceptional guest experiences. We’re looking for a part-time, professional, and friendly Front Desk Concierge to be one of the welcoming faces of our salon and support our busy salon.
What You’ll Do
Greet clients warmly and manage check-ins, payments, and bookings.
Handle phones, emails, and appointment scheduling with professionalism.
Promote retail sales, encourage rebooking, and support salon policies.
Assist with merchandising, inventory, and keeping the front desk polished and organized.
Provide outstanding customer care, problem solving, and clear communication between clients and stylists.
Who You Are
Friendly, warm, and confident—someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; you keep the front desk running smoothly.
A clear and professional communicator, both in person and over the phone.
Able to stay calm, positive, and solution-focused during busy or stressful moments.
Comfortable multitasking: juggling check-ins, phone calls, retail sales, and scheduling at the same time.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
Sales-minded and enthusiastic about recommending Aveda products and encouraging rebooking.
Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of professionalism and personal accountability.
A team player who collaborates well with all coworkers.
Passionate about beauty, wellness, sustainability, and the Aveda brand.
Someone who takes pride in a clean, elevated, and welcoming environment—quiet luxury is your vibe.
What We Offer
$19/hour to start
Retail sales commission (5–10%)
