Join Our Team - Large, Busy Dental Office
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Business & Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our large dental practice. This is a key leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams and efficient systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily business operations of the dental office.
- Manage all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
- Supervise administrative staff and support a positive, professional workplace culture.
- Coordinate building operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships to ensure a safe, well-maintained facility.
- Develop and improve office systems, workflows, and operational efficiencies.
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and other administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources experience is essential.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work indepedently.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping is considered a strong asset.
- Experience in a healthcare or dental environment is an asset but not required.
