SUMMARY
The Territory Sales Manager will manage and develop existing and new customers by providing added value services and support focused on digital dental applications. This This is a quota carrying role, that will be focused on bringing in new business to the company, as well as continuing to provide an outstanding sales relationship with our current customers. This person will have proven experience working with digital dental products and services. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be an analytical problem solver with decision-making skills. These added services will assist clinicians/dental practices to optimize the use of Keystone Dental products. Bilingual English & Canadian French a strong plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES
· You will be responsible for face to face sales, while maintaining strong relationships with dentists and the overall dental community within your territory.
· Meet or exceed monthly quota by educating and marketing Keystone Dental's product offerings.
· Creates presentations, informational materials, and reports for sales initiatives, workshops, conferences, and dental offices nationwide.
· Implements measurable performance management for existing and new accounts.
· Assists in the training and in-service guided surgery protocols.
· Provides input and supports the business plan (POP) for existing and new accounts.
· Supports the development of a digital culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and a high level of customer experience.
· Develop and administrate programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the areas with the strategic goals of the company.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· 3-5 years Digital Sales experience.
· Candidates who reside in the Greater Toronto Area are highly preferred.
· Position covers all of Canada, but the main area of work will be in Ontario.
· Willing to travel 1-2 nights per week.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Undergraduate degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years Digital Sales experience.
- Ability to establish and build relationships quickly with all levels of customer accounts.
- Bilingual English & Canadian French a strong plus!
- Demonstrated initiative and creativity with the ability to identify and convey information and knowledge successfully to customers and team members alike.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with SFDC preferred.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the Digital Dentistry is highly preferred, implant knowledge a strong plus!
- Maintain complete confidentiality with all customer accounts at all times.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-motivated individual who exhibits sense of focus and urgency in all customer related activity
