Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed decisions
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays that maximize sales potential
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options
- Maintain organized stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, and cashiering procedures is a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance
