Job Overview
Solify Canada Inc. is looking for a confident, motivated, and outgoing Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and being part of a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment.
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role is to generate interest, qualify leads, and book appointments for our sales consultants. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, goal-oriented, and eager to develop strong sales and communication skills while contributing directly to company growth.
This is an in-person position with a starting base pay of approximately $50,000 per year, plus commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Solify Canada Inc.’s services and generate interest
- Engage potential customers in friendly, professional conversations to understand their needs
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales consultants or service representatives
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and keep the sales process moving
- Maintain accurate notes, call records, and appointment details in the CRM system
- Build rapport with potential clients and create a positive first impression of Solify Canada Inc.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and meet booking targets
- Stay organized, proactive, and consistent in daily outreach efforts
- Provide excellent customer service by answering preliminary questions and directing clients appropriately

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales, business, or communications is an asset
Compensation
This position offers a starting base pay of approximately $50,000 per year, with commission opportunities available in addition to the base pay amount. Commission is not included in the base pay and provides additional earning potential based on performance, qualified appointment setting, and/or lead generation.
With base pay and commission combined, strong performers may have the opportunity to earn up to $100,000 per year, depending on performance and results.
