Treatment Coordinator – Flagship Family Dental Practice (Ancaster)
Auric Dental is a Family Dental Network—not a traditional DSO. We believe exceptional patient care and strong clinical autonomy can coexist with operational excellence and growth. At Ancaster Family Dentistry, our flagship 9‑operatory practice, we’re looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to help patients understand and confidently move forward with their care.
About the role:
This is a full‑time, in‑person role in a busy, high‑volume clinic. You will be the main link between the clinical team and the patient, ensuring that treatment is clearly explained, scheduled, and financially arranged in a way that supports both patient trust and practice growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Present and explain treatment plans in clear, patient‑friendly language
- Support case acceptance by building trust, addressing questions, and overcoming barriers
- Coordinate complex, multi‑provider treatment cases and appointments
- Manage financial arrangements, insurance estimates, and pre‑determinations
- Track unscheduled treatment and follow up with patients in a timely, professional way
- Monitor and support treatment acceptance and production goals while keeping a patient‑first focus
- Collaborate closely with dentists, hygienists, and assistants to stay aligned on patient care
What we’re looking for:
- Level II Dental Assistant certification (required)
- 3+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Dental Assistant with significant treatment presentation responsibilities in a busy practice
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and sequencing
- Proven ability to present treatment and support case acceptance (comfortable discussing options, fees, and insurance)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident, professional phone and in‑person presence
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Patient‑focused mindset with strong follow‑through and attention to detail
What we offer:
- Competitive hourly rate up to $32 (based on experience and skills)
- Retention bonus
- Full‑time, stable schedule in a well‑established, flagship practice in Ancaster
- Modern, fully equipped facility and digital systems
- Strong, supportive clinical and administrative team
- Clear systems, training, and operational support
- Opportunities for growth within a multi‑location family dental network
Why join Ancaster Family Dentistry?:
This is not a slow clinic. You’ll join a high‑performing team where:
- Performance, teamwork, and patient experience all matter
- The pace is fast, but support systems are strong
- You can see the direct impact of your work on both patients and practice results
If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy presenting treatment, and want to play a key role in both patient experience and practice success, we’d love to hear from you.
How to apply:
Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing:
- Your experience presenting treatment plans, and
- An example of how you helped a patient move forward with recommended care.
