Role Overview
This role leads enterprise business analysis, process diagnostics, and governance assessments across Microsoft 365 environments. You will translate complex workflows, multi-tenant dependencies, and compliance gaps into quantified financial impact, risk exposure, and actionable insights that support Core Modernization objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Business Analysis & Process Diagnostics
Lead end-to-end workflow mapping (intake fulfillment
- closure) across M365 and related services

Conduct structured analysis leveraging:

BPMN and UML (use case, activity, sequence diagrams)
-
Data flow diagrams and logical data models
Perform As-Is / To-Be assessments to identify:

Operational inefficiencies
-
Process fragmentation and handoff gaps
-
Automation and optimization opportunities
Governance, Compliance & Risk Analysis
-
Perform governance and compliance assessments aligned to:
-
ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001
-
NIST frameworks
-
Conduct:
-
Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)
-
Threat & Risk Assessments (TRA)
-
Develop and maintain:
-
Enterprise risk registers (likelihood, impact, financial exposure)
-
Control effectiveness evaluations and audit readiness assessments
M365 & Multi-Tenant Governance Analysis
-
Assess M365 governance maturity, including:
-
Data lifecycle management
-
Policy and configuration compliance
-
Platform health and audit readiness
-
Support Advanced Management for M365 (AMM) assessments:
-
Governance, lifecycle, and policy alignment
-
Analyze Multi-Tenant Governance (MTG) models:
-
Global vs. local policy frameworks
-
Cross-tenant data classification and access controls
-
Governance inconsistencies and enforcement gaps
-
Manual control weaknesses
-
Data fragmentation and duplication risks
Financial & Operational Impact Modeling
-
Collaboration inefficiencies (time, effort, rework)
-
Fulfillment delays and rework “sinkholes”
-
Risk exposure and value leakage
-
FTE capacity loss
-
Financial exposure and cost-of-inaction models

Ensure traceability through:

Define KPI frameworks aligned to operational performance, including:

Real-time performance monitoring

Trigger-based interventions
Business Case & Transformation Enablement

Strategic investment business cases

Support:

AI readiness assessments (data trust, governance, auditability)

Provide structured inputs into:

Transformation roadmaps
