The successful candidate will have a post-secondary Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or a related discipline, along with a minimum of three – five years of experience providing administrative support to senior leadership, preferably within healthcare or academic environments.
- Research & Grant Experience: Prior experience in an academic or research setting with knowledge of grants and funding submissions is essential.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial skills, including budget tracking and expenditure monitoring.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and experience with virtual meeting platforms.
- Communication & Writing Skills: Excellent writing, proofreading, and document preparation abilities for both internal and external audiences.
- Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professionalism & Confidentiality: High degree of discretion, tact, and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Compensation & Benefits:
Hiring Salary Range: $53,230.40 – $66,538.00 per year (based on qualifications and experience)
Full Salary Range : $53,230.40 – $79,845.60 per year (reflecting potential growth within the role)
