We are seeking a professional, experienced front desk receptionist to join our administrative team on a full-time basis. The position is primarily in Hampton, however the ability to provide casual back up at the Saint John clinic is necessary from time to time.
About the Role
The successful candidate will support clinic operations by providing warm, efficient, and organized front-line service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy clinical environment and enjoys working closely with both patients and a multidisciplinary team.
Key Qualifications
- Previous front desk or administrative experience in a medical, rehabilitation, or dental office (required)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly, confident, professional demeanour with excellent communication skills
- Experience with insurance billing, scheduling/billing software, and Microsoft Office (assets)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
