We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage front desk activities including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Utilize computerized systems for office tasks
- Provide clerical support to various departments
- Handle phone systems and direct calls appropriately
*Skills*
- Proficient in organizational tasks to maintain office efficiency
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and office equipment
- Understanding of phone etiquette and professional communication
