We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Wig & Topper Consultant to join our in-store team. About the Role
As a Chiquel Wig & Topper Consultant, you will play a key role in transforming lives through personalized consultations and expert guidance. You’ll support clients navigating hair loss, style changes, or confidence journeys, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and truly cared for.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients warmly, creating a supportive and uplifting environment.
- Offer one-on-one consultations to assist clients in selecting wigs or toppers suited to their lifestyle, needs, and aesthetic.
- Provide compassionate, informed advice on product care, styling tips, and maintenance routines.
- Coordinate client check-ins, retail transactions and responding to customer inquiries.
- Upsell or recommend complementary products such as care kits, accessories, or styling services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the consultation and retail spaces to uphold professional standards.
- Stay informed on Chiquel’s evolving product lines, hair trends, and new technologies in alternative hair.
What We’re Looking For
- A heartfelt, compassionate approach to customer care, especially for clients experiencing medical or emotional hair loss.
- Experience in retail, salon, or customer service environments, ideally with exposure to wigs or beauty products.
- Experience with online customer care and order management, including platforms such as Shopify, Outlook, and basic Excel (or the ability to learn quickly)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and team members.
- Interest or knowledge in hair care, wigs, or toppers is a strong asset, training will be provided.
- Proven ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others look and feel their best.
