Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Brand Representative for our Calgary office. This customer-facing role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide guidance on products and services
- Deliver accurate and helpful information to support customer decisions
- Promote products and services to meet team goals
- Assist customers throughout the purchase process and provide follow-up support
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, campaigns, and product offerings
- Share customer feedback to improve service quality
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers in retail or event environments
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and availability for in-person work in Calgary
- Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
