Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and cash handling.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role in the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
