Responsibilities
- Install residential solar PV systems safely and efficiently.
- Assemble and install roof-mounted solar racking and equipment.
- Perform electrical and mechanical installation tasks within your qualifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Follow company installation standards and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners when required.
- Ensure all work meets company quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous residential solar installation experience preferred.
- Comfortable working at heights and on various roof types.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Fall protection certification is an asset.
- Electrical experience is considered an asset but is not required.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available during peak season
- 35–50 hours per week
