This is accomplished across four geographic management zones which are responsible for the operation of acute care health centres and the provision of a variety of inpatient, outpatient services including academic, tertiary, quaternary care and community based programs and services including continuing care, primary health care, public health, and mental health and addictions.
Providing administrative support to the managers of Continuing care, the Clerk is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Continuing Care office, providing office reception, submitting accurate information for payroll, establishing and maintaining data bases for staff and program related activities and establishing and maintaining filing systems.
Successful completion of post-secondary program in Office Administration required.
2 years recent working experience in an office environment is required.
Demonstrated formal training and working experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet) is required.
An equivalent combination of experience and training may be considered.

Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Competencies in other languages an asset; French preferred
Hours of Work
Short Assignment Part-time (60%) Position; 42 hours bi-weekly
Beginning May 31, 2021 with and expected end date of December 3, 2021

$20.0924 - $21.9131 hourly
