About the Job
We are looking for a hardworking and friendly person to join our team installing luxury window blinds. We need someone who is great with people and takes pride in doing a perfect job. You don’t need to be an expert in blinds yet, we will provide all the training you need.
What You Need
- A Great Personality: You must be polite, well-spoken in English, and enjoy talking to clients in their homes.
- Handy Skills: You must know how to use basic tools like a drill and a laser level. You need to be very good at taking exact measurements.
- Not Afraid of Heights: You will be working on ladders frequently to install blinds on high windows.
- Reliable: You must be punctual and show up on time every day.
- Comfortable on Camera: We film videos of our installs for social media. You should be comfortable being filmed while you work.
Vehicle Requirements
- You must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license to get to different job sites.
- Gas/Maintenance: We will cover your gas costs. However, we do not cover wear and tear or maintenance costs for your vehicle.
Main Tasks
- Driving to client homes across Calgary.
- Installing window blinds with precision.
- Talking to customers to make sure they are happy with the service.
- Helping us film quick clips of the finished work.
