PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Vendor Relations 20%

Management of market development funds (e.g. purchase rebate, volume rebate, marketing support funding).
Purchasing of product/service for the print and finishing category through the negotiation process.
Work with vendors on holiday season planning and forecasting.
Projects 50%

Offer input and ideas to further develop and improve the Print Services Program.
Work with Print Services Specialist on upcoming projects and new service launches
Ability to cope with several projects/activities at a time.
Participate in special events such as annual training Symposiums.
Develop efficiencies to drive the profitability of the print and shipping services programs.
To work with various home office departments in the execution of programs.
Communication 30%

Able to manage a high volume of email with follow up on inquiries within company guidelines.
Ensure print vendors receive the information they need with respect to service, supplies and print production.
Confirm that stores and other departments receive the information and communication they need with respect to new, changed, or discontinued service programs.
Work closely with our Print Centre and Services Supervisors to enhance our customer's service experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
Computer literate, skilled in Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Access, preferable.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
Basic understanding of financial forms to ensure those effective-purchasing practices is in place within set budgets and guidelines.
Analytical Skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program in Business or Marketing
