Duties
- Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including servers and kitchen personnel
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards
- Ensure adherence to food safety and handling regulations
- Coordinate food service operations to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Lead team management efforts, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist in food presentation and serving when necessary
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Uphold hospitality standards to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Previous experience with Indian cuisine or cultural culinary practices is preferred but not required
