Job Duties
- Clean and certify restaurant kitchen exhaust hood systems by power washing.
- Clean roof top exhaust fans and surrounding areas.
- Install auxiliary items including access panels, hinge kits and grease containment systems.
- Maintain company equipment and service vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing Halton.
- Maintain kitchen grease exhaust systems by removing the fuel that may create kitchen fires.
Qualifications
- Previous technical experience / field service experience (electrical and mechanical).
- Working knowledge / experience with restaurant kitchen hood cleaning.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to drive company vehicles to job sites.
- Must have access to a vehicle for commuting to and from work locations.
- Ability to work a varying schedule including late evening and early morning hours.
- Ability to access and tolerate small crawl spaces and work in high places.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and building codes is an asset.
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem solving and resolution skills required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
