Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in preparing garnishes, mixing drinks, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth service flow
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience through excellent customer service and hospitality
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Ability to stand, walk, lift moderate weights, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Food service experience is highly valued; previous bartending or serving roles are a plus
