A new modern medical clinic in Oakville, providing comprehensive family medicine and walk-in services. The clinic is currently looking for a Medical Receptionist for Full-Time and Part-Time , This position involves working closely with a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and register patients in a warm, professional manner
- Schedule and manage appointments using EMR (OSCAR EMR experience)
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Process non-OHIP billing and invoice submissions.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and support clinic operations.
- Processing referrals and faxing documents, and scanning and attaching documents to EMR.
- Assist physician with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 full years of Medical reception experience. ( in a family or walk-in clinic).
- Proficiency with computers and EMR systems (OSCAR EMR preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work evening hours.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor
- Ability to type 30 wpm, 10-key by touch
- This position requires a high level of reliability and professionalism, as the reception desk must always be attended during clinic hours.
- Phlebotomy experience is considered an asset
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks under pressure

Compensation
- Starting pay: $18–$23/hour during probation

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40 per week
