You are a detailed oriented person who can communicate with customers via email and telephone. You are looking for an opportunity where you can control your schedule but are dedicated to your customer and will do what is needed to ensure excellence in service delivery.

About us
Based in Toronto, we provide corporate photography services to businesses in Canada and the United States. We have over 185 photographers.
We work from home; we were virtual before Covid! We also have a team of Photoshop experts in southern India.
We stay in touch via Skype and email. We use computer tools to manage the work we do. We have a good time working together while delivering exceptional photography for our clients.

WE REQUIRE:
- A very detailed oriented, meticulous person
- Quick learner
- Well organized
- Team player, pitch in to help others
- A self motivated person who can work with limited supervision
- College degree preferred
- Must be very computer proficient and not afraid to learn new programs
- Must have a Windows 10 or equivalent Mac and a reliable fast internet connection
- We will train on using a variety of software tools that we use
It would be nice to have a basic understanding of photography or photo images, graphic design or creative arts, but this is not essential as we will train.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to client enquiries. Prepare quotes.
- Assign photographers for projects and manage the entire process, through to delivery of images.
- Assist National Account Managers on complex projects.
- Ensure photographers have all information before a photo shoot. Use email and telephone as needed.
- Make sure photographers upload their images on time.
- Make sure the editor delivers photos on time.
- Send email notification to Pinpoint clients that files are available online.
- File management (move files to backup).
- Participate in weekly status conference call.
- Update database.
FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on the person, more responsibilities will be added, which can include:
- Management of national client accounts
- Recruitment, selection and on-boarding of photographers
- Photo selection and management
- Technology management

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
