WINDOW CLEANING TECHNICIAN — MASTERY HOME SERVICES INC.
Location: Ajax, ON | Full-time | Seasonal (March–November)
Pay: $1,000+/week average | Performance-based | $20/hr guaranteed minimum
--- ABOUT THE ROLE ---
This is a physical, outdoor, customer-facing job. You'll be on the road every day across the Pickering to Courtice corridor — carrying ladders, operating a professional water-fed pole system, and representing Mastery in front of homeowners who expect a great experience.
Most days run 8 hours. You'll start at our Ajax base, head out on your route, and be expected to work efficiently and communicate professionally with every customer you meet.

--- REQUIREMENTS ---
- Valid G2 driver's license (minimum)
- Reliable vehicle large enough to carry equipment
- Available minimum 30 hours/week
- Lives within the Pickering–Courtice service area
- No experience required — we train the right person
