Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute digital marketing initiatives with a strong focus on content development. This role is perfect for a skilled communicator who understands how to craft engaging blog posts, social captions, and marketing copy, while also coordinating multi-channel campaigns and collaborating with design teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns for multiple clients
- Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Write and edit blog posts, social media captions, email newsletters, and marketing copy in an editorial style
- Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to align visuals and messaging
- Manage social media scheduling, distribution, and monitoring using Hootsuite
- Schedule and manage all outgoing content across social media platforms, email campaigns, and blog posts to ensure consistent and timely brand messaging.
- Track, report, and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives
- Assist with the organization and planning of client presentations, reports, and proposals
- Stay current on marketing/content trends, tools, industry topics and best practices
- Project Workflow & Management: Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple ongoing design initiatives using project management software (e.g., Asana, Figma, Monday.com).
- Design Quality Control: Conduct visual reviews and quality checks to ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, design systems, and client standards.
- Cross-Team Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between creative teams, product managers, external vendors, and clients to streamline feedback and revisions.
- Asset & Spec Organization: Maintain structured digital asset management systems, organize design documentation, and ensure production-ready handoffs.
- Hands-On Design Support: Step in to support design tasks such as asset resizing, presentation Deck building, layout adjustments, or preliminary mood board creation as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role
- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of blog, editorial, or branded content
- Experience writing in various tones (professional, playful, promotional, etc.)
- Proficiency in Hootsuite for scheduling and monitoring social media content
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva for creating or editing visual content
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and metrics
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Prior experience as a Marketing Coordinator in an agency or corporate setting
- Experience working with creative teams on content production
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Understanding of branding, SEO, and paid digital advertising is a plus
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, or formal certification in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a design coordination, creative operations, or junior designer role within an agency or in-house team.
- Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and collaborative tools like Figma; familiar with project tracking software.
- Skillset: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout hierarchy, and production processes alongside exceptional organizational skills.
