Lake Of The Woods Cottage Care is a locally owned and growing property management company serving cottage owners throughout the Lake of the Woods region. We specialize in property checks, maintenance, seasonal opening and closing services, cleaning, and general cottage care. Our goal is to provide dependable, high-quality service that keeps our clients’ properties safe, maintained, and ready to enjoy year-round.
Duties
- Lawn and yard maintenance
- Cottage cleaning and organization
- Seasonal opening and closing assistance
- General property upkeep and maintenance
- Equipment operation and care
- Maintaining clean and welcoming outdoor spaces
- Reporting maintenance needs
- Other cottage care duties as assigned
Requirements
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to safely operate lawn and yard maintenance equipment (or willingness to learn)
- Previous experience in landscaping, property maintenance, cleaning, or outdoor work is an asset but not required
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with lawn care or landscaping
- Experience using trimmers, mowers, and other outdoor equipment
- General maintenance skills
- Knowledge of the Lake of the Woods area
