Massage Addict Spring Garden is a well-established clinic in downtown Halifax, supporting our community’s health and wellness for over 14 years. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our team of professionals and who, like we do, values exceptional client care and a stress-free work culture.

- Competitive Compensation $50,000 - $90,000 annually: We value your education and experience and offer competitive compensation; including potential signing bonuses, annual CEU allowances, referral bonuses, and tuition or loyalty bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality therapeutic treatments and appropriate treatment plan recommendations with an emphasis on a multidisciplinary approach to treatment
- Conduct thorough assessments, including health history and client consultations, to determine the most effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, and treatment notes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Stay informed about current massage therapy techniques and trends to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute positively to the clinic's work culture by fostering a supportive and uplifting environment
Requirements:
- Valid Massage Therapy Diploma
- A member in good standing with one of the provincial associations
- Professional liability insurance coverage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients
- A genuine passion for helping others and improving clients' overall well-being
