The Branch Administrator provides support for sales, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost accounting, purchasing, and general ledger processes in an accurate and timely manner. Performs all daily operations required at an ESCO Supply and Service branch.

Job Duties:
Billing and Sales: Code invoices and remit to corporate office for payment upon receipt; mail customer invoices; send customers credit applications and work with Accounts Receivable to assist in establishing credit terms and conditions; processes sales orders; reconciles credit card sales and balances credit card processing machine; accurately process and report accounts receivables
Inventory Management: Process internal requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory transfers; update inventory count sheets; perform monthly inventory reconciliation; enter and fill customer orders accurately and on time to promise date
Shipping and Receiving: Load and unload trucks with forklift and/or hand truck; prepare orders for shipment with appropriate documentation; back up for delivery of ESCO products to customers
Office Administrative Support: Perform clerical functions requested by management (mailings, word processing, data collection, etc.); coordinate office supplies; answer phones and greet customers
Purchasing: Cost per ton invoice management
ERP Data Management: Set up new customer, new vendor, and new product information in Oracle

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School diploma (or equivalent)
Three+ years’ experience, ideally in construction industry, in a customer service and/or shipping/receiving/warehousing position
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to obtain forklift certification
Insurable driving record
Must be permanently authorized to work in Canada
Additional requirements include excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and excellent organization and time management skills.

Preferred experience includes proficiency with Oracle financial and purchasing/warehouse modules, and ESCO product knowledge.

Other: Office and warehouse environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
