Job Summary
Clawbird Pty Ltd is looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide professional assistance to our clients and help ensure a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, assist with account-related questions, and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries through email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with account setup, service-related questions, and general support requests.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates within internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient resolution of client concerns.
- Provide information about company services, policies, and new updates.
- Follow up with clients to confirm that issues have been resolved and expectations have been met.
- Contribute to improving customer support processes and overall client satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers, email platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and web-based systems.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or support roles is considered an asset but is not required.

Pay: $37,521.37-$68,490.81 per year
