Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by understanding client needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas and equipment.
- Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products, conducting product demos, and upselling relevant services or products.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling guest inquiries efficiently.
- Provide professional advice on skincare routines and product usage to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support the team with promotional activities, including product demonstrations and special events.
- Ensure a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience or certification as a Beautician or Aesthetician preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in beauty treatments.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and recommend products or services.
- Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, and nail care techniques.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling, and guest services is highly desirable.
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
