We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional chairside assistance, ensure infection control, and support the delivery of high-quality dental care across various specialties including general dentistry, assisting in Dental Surgeries(Dental Implants,Wisdom teeth extractions ) , endodontics, pediatric dentistry.and Nitrous oxide sedation. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and , contributing to patient comfort and treatment success.

Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures including restorative, orthodontic (Invisalign),endodontic, prosthodontic, and pediatric treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring aseptic techniques are maintained.
- Take and develop dental X-rays, including 3D scans, while adhering to regulations for patient privacy.
- Profiiency in using dental software
- Manage medical documentation and ensure proper coding for insurance claims and patient records.
- Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain infection control standards by sterilizing instruments and disinfecting treatment areas according to OSHA guidelines.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing dental records
- Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency with using Dental software
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques.
- Experience with dental imaging procedures including X-ray and CBCT ,use of Primescan and Itero
- Ability to perform chairside assisting efficiently while maintaining patient comfort.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices and working with pediatric patients.
- Ability to work effectively in general dentistry settings
- Experience in assisting DENTAL SURGERY will be a great asset
- ORTHO module in assisting and experience in Invisalign treatment and use of Itero scan
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff. This position is integral to delivering comprehensive dental care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be committed to ongoing learning and professional development within the field of dental assisting.
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
