The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with people and building strong customer relationships.
- Has experience using Greenline or other cannabis retail POS systems.
- Has experience receiving and processing inventory orders.
- Possesses strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Can motivate and support staff in a positive work environment.
- Is passionate about cannabis products and customer education.
- Has an interest in social media and can help strengthen our online presence.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the store.
- Support, coach, and lead team members to achieve store goals.
- Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
- Educate customers on cannabis products, consumption methods, and responsible use.
- Ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management, receiving, and merchandising.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
- Create and manage engaging social media content, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
- Experience with Greenline and cannabis inventory receiving is considered a strong asset.
- Valid SellSafe certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Cannabis industry knowledge is an asset.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms is highly desirable.
