Tour Guide, Student Recruitment - Fall/Winter 2021-2022
To assist the Recruitment Office in recruiting the best qualified students to McMaster University by providing comprehensive tours of campus to potential applicants (and their friends and families), school board representatives, special interest groups and the general community. Tours will be virtual and remote until Public Health & University guidelines allow a return to campus, in which case in person tours will resume.
Guides will be expected to work both Fall Preview Days (Saturday, October 30, 2021 & Saturday, November 20, 2021) should these events run this fall, as well as a minimum of 3 tours for March Break 2022 and must conduct a minimum of 3 tours per month over the course of September 1, 2021 to mid-April 2022. Tours are offered at various times throughout the week, evenings and Saturdays may be required.
There will be mandatory training sessions for all new hires in September. Dates & times TBD and dependent on the format of tours come September (in person or virtual).
