We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong background in telesales to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, demonstrating exceptional confidence in interacting with clients over the phone. While this is primarily a customer service role, the ability to effectively communicate with merchants and clients via phone is crucial to providing the best possible service and support.

Qualifications:
➔ Outbound Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven tele-sales experience, with a strong emphasis on phone-based client interactions, even in a customer service capacity.
➔ Confidence and Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients confidently and effectively over the phone.
➔ Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
➔ Problem-Solving Skills Strong ability to think on your feet and provide creative solutions to client challenges.
➔ Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems and other customer service-related software tools.
➔ Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
❖ Previous experience in a customer service role with a focus on telesales or heavy phone interaction within a sales, collections or similar environment.
❖ Proficiency in using CRM software, managing email, and general computer literacy.
❖ Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
➔ Client Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with professionalism and confidence, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
➔ Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
➔ Proactive Communication: Use your telesales experience to proactively reach out to clients when necessary to offer support, gather feedback, and ensure their needs are met.
➔ Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to confidently and accurately assist clients with their inquiries.
➔ Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage customer accounts, and follow up on customer service issues.
➔ Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as sales and technical support, to ensure customer issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
