Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and overall well-being. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical diagnoses
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and health maintenance strategies
- Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Assist in managing acute care cases, pediatrics, and other specialized patient populations as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Physiotherapist in the respective region
- Prior hospital experience is preferred, especially in acute care or pediatric settings
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and rehabilitative techniques
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Strong communication skills for educating patients and coordinating with staff
- Commitment to maintaining professional development and staying current with industry best practices
Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
