Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong background in retail or technology sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are tidy.
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks, including assisting customers, restocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or directing calls as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in cashiering and operating POS systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service are essential for success in this role.
