We seek to enhance our team through the recruitment of experienced high potential individuals to the role of Technical Officer - GIS/Building Analyst within our Site Services division.
If you have a proven track record in initiating, leading and executing strategic initiatives as well as strong analytical skills and a customer focus, we want to hear from you!
Requires knowledge of management science, organizational behaviour/industrial relations, economics, finance and related business administration subjects, along with knowledge of various custom acts, laws, Canadian building codes and regulations.
Requires a broad understanding of plant maintenance and operations, a strong knowledge of plant equipment, systems and processes and a good understanding of the regulatory requirements relative to the operation of a laundry, steam plant and sewage systems.
Provide strategic planning, business planning, budget support, staff planning and departmental process support.
Assists with managing a budget including negotiating and managing contracts.
A minimum of over 6 years experience.
University education in an appropriate field or by having the equivalent level of education.
Facility's Management Professional designate and or International Institute of Business Analysis certification consider a strong asset.
Experience with AutoCad and VFA Facilities software considered a strong asset.
Knowledge of Asset management and Geographic Information System's related to Facilities strategic planning
