The Role
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience in residential renovations and custom home projects.
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish, including scheduling, trade coordination, client communication, and overall project execution.
This is a hands-on role requiring regular site visits and active problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Manage 5–10 residential projects at various stages
- Act as the main point of contact for clients & trades
- Coordinate and schedule trades, ensuring accountability
- Maintain project timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits based on project requirements
- Respond to client communication in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate schedules, notes, and updates in project management systems
- Oversee project completion, final walkthroughs, and client close-out
- Ensure a strong overall client experience
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction project management
- Experience with home renovations and/or custom builds
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, email)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
