Customer Operations Lead
On-site in Conestogo, Ontario | Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
About the Role:
· Next Floor Inc. is hiring a Customer Operations Lead to oversee a small team of customer service representatives.
· This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced flooring distribution business.
· Your team will be managing the complete order cycling including logistics.

What You’ll Do
· Leading, training, and supporting a small team of Customer Operations Reps
· Handling customer inquiries and entering sales orders into our ERP system
· Managing the complete order cycle communicating with internal and external parties
· Managing special orders and resolving customer issues
· Securing freight quotes, choosing carriers, handling problems.
· Coordinating warehouse to warehouse transfers
· Improving processes and helping us deliver excellent service
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in customer service, ideally leading others.
· Experience with ERP/order entry systems (any kind)
· Experience in logistics is a plus.
· Great communication and problem-solving skills
· Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
· Comfortable with spreadsheets and computer systems
Job Details
· Full-time, permanent
· On-site 4 days per week, remote 1 day per week
· Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
