Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times
- Assist in food handling tasks such as stocking supplies, assembling orders, and maintaining kitchen organization
Qualifications
- Previous food preparation or food industry experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Able to lift and carry 25lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be available from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
