Deck & Fence Crew Lead – Full-Time (Seasonal with Year-Round Opportunity)
We’re looking for an experienced Deck & Fence Crew Lead to join our team for the summer construction season.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew on residential deck and fence projects
Read and follow project plans while ensuring quality workmanship
Safely operate power tools and construction equipment
Manage daily job site tasks and maintain a productive work environment
Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements:
Proven experience building decks and fences
Strong carpentry knowledge and construction skills
Experience using a wide range of power tools
Ability to lead a crew and work independently
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
Valid driver’s license and transportation is an asset
