Summary of Position

Envision is recruiting a Marketing Specialist on a fixed-term contract. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining the Marketing calendar, executing and monitoring marketing campaigns throughout the calendar year, and supporting the Business Development team with market research, lead generation and sales support services while building and maintaining internal and client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with 5+ years of marketing experience!

Role & Responsibilities

  • To develop and maintain the annual Marketing Strategy and calendar in line with our company objectives
  • To consistently identify new client leads and potential markets for the business, making direct contact with clients, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • To monitor potential contract portals daily, tracking potential leads and communicating opportunities internally, developing a follow up action plan
  • Develop a strong understanding of both Envision’s services and target markets, and our prospective client’s initiatives and goals, in order to produce highly effective marketing campaigns through research and working to turn those insights into sales presentations
  • Plan and coordinate new marketing initiatives and outbound marketing campaigns with relevant internal departments that relate to a client's product / service
  • Assist the Business Development and Marketing department to develop quotes, proposals, presentations and sale displays for potential clients, as required
  • Monitor and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool based on daily interactions with each client, also maintaining the database with potential opportunities and client information
  • Administrator the Envision social media accounts, while adhering to internal Social Media Policy
  • Optimize Envisions website exposure by analyzing search engine patterns to direct online placement of keywords or other content
  • Remain consistently current on marketing techniques, trends and best practices
  • Assisting the Envision team daily, by acting as one of the main point of contacts to guests in the absence of our Receptionist / Administrator
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time, in line with role competencies or skills

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • University degree in Finance, Business, or Marketing required
  • 5+ years of direct work experience in a marketing capacity
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of brand building and brand management
  • Basic graphic design skills and an eye for aesthetics in presentation materials
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to prepare marketing proposals with a blend of focused research, strategy and creativity.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
  • Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail and Adobe Products
  • Superb writing, content development and editing skills
