Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Renovator to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of renovation tasks, including remodeling, repair, and finishing work across residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Renovator will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure high-quality results that meet specifications and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall work, trim work and general renovation tasks
- Conduct plumbing and electrical installations or repairs as needed
- Apply caulking, painting, restoration techniques, and other finishing touches to complete projects
- Estimate construction materials for various renovation tasks
Skills
- Expertise with hand tools, and power tools (has they're own tools)
- Strong background in rough and finish carpentry, flooring installation, drywall installation and repairs, tile laying, general plumbing and electrical, and painting etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various renovation environments
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
