We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features effectively to enhance customer understanding
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods
- Uphold phone etiquette when communicating with clients or potential customers
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Support store operations through effective communication and teamwork
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail best practices
- Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone
- Multilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
