Under the supervision of the Customer Service Team Leader, the Data Entry Clerk plays a crucial role in transferring, inputting, or classifying data from various sources into our computer system or database. This process converts raw data into usable formats. The clerk also provides information about our products and services, processes customer inquiries, and resolves any emerging issues.
Responsibilities and mandates:
- Enter data related to quotes and orders for parts and/or wheelchairs received via email or fax
- Ensure continuity of service by communicating with customers on various issues
- Receive, process, and transfer emails from the general inbox [email protected]
- Handle all types of customer requests internationally, including those from different branches of Motion Composites (e.g., France)
- Perform any other related tasks
Required academic background and professional experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Specific skills required:
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to solve technical problems
- Proficiency in common computer tools, including MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills: clarity and conciseness in messaging
- Customer-oriented
- Quick learning ability for technical aspects

- 2 weeks vacations & 1 week paid during Christmas time
- Flexible hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM / 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM / or 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
