Summary
We’re looking for a junior–mid level Graphic Designer with strong visual instincts and a solid understanding of marketing to join our growing team.
You’ll work across multiple brands and industries, designing creative that doesn’t just look good — it performs. From social content and paid ads to brand systems and web design, you’ll collaborate closely with strategists and account leads to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities
- Design high-performing creative assets for social media and paid advertising across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Support brand development and visual identity work, including brand systems, guidelines, and asset libraries.
- Work closely with account leads and strategists to interpret briefs and translate ideas into strong visual executions.
- Prepare and adapt creative for multiple formats, platforms, and placements.
- Maintain organized design files and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Stay current on design trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative tools (including AI-assisted workflows).
- Proactively suggest creative improvements and new visual approaches to elevate client work.
What You Bring
- +3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media design and brand systems (required).
- Solid understanding of how design supports marketing performance and storytelling.
Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Figma
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Ability to take direction, manage feedback, and execute efficiently in a remote setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and push creative quality forward.
