We are currently seeking a Junior Service Advisor/Service Co-ordinator to join our Service team in Oakville. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional looking to grow their career within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist Service Advisors with day-to-day operations
- Create, update and maintain repair orders using CDK Drive
- Schedule customer service appointments
- Welcome customers and provide a professional first impression
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment details and service updates
- Coordinate vehicle pickups, deliveries and loaner vehicle arrangements when required
- Process invoices, payments and warranty documentation as needed
- Work closely with Parts and Service teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain organized files and administrative records
- Support the team with various administrative duties and special projects
- Deliver a luxury-level customer experience at every interaction
- Answer incoming service calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership experience is required
- Experience using CDK Drive (or strong familiarity with CDK) is required
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Coordinator, Warranty Administrator, Appointment Coordinator or dealership administrative role is considered an asset
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional and polished demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record is an asset
