Job Overview
We hope to hire a dependable laborer to assist with an ongoing condo balcony restoration project. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth steady workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site clean-up and debris removal
- Participate in required safety courses (working at heights & swing-stage)
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Prepare work areas by setting up equipment and materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors
Experience
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team environment
