Overview
Olive Jar Cannabis is a licensed, independently owned cannabis retail store, proudly serving Toronto and surrounding communities. With rapid growth and a focus on customer convenience, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our team. This is a part-time, 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Working alongside a supportive leadership team and awesome colleagues, you will be representing Olive Jar as the face of our customer service, ensuring timely, safe, and compliant delivery of cannabis products and creating a positive customer experience.
What you'll do:
- Deliver cannabis products to customers within the designated time window
- Provide friendly, discreet, and professional service at every delivery touchpoint
- Verify customer identification and age in compliance with AGCO and company policies
- Handle cashless payments using approved platforms; maintain accurate logs of deliveries and completed transactions
- Communicate with customers regarding ETAs, delays, or order-related queries using approved systems
- Adhere strictly to all AGCO regulations, Company SOPs and Guidelines
- Assist with in-store tasks during downtime, such as order packing, inventory management or budtending
What you must have:
- Older than 19 years
- Valid G-class driver’s license with clean driving record
- Access to a reliable and insured vehicle
- CannSell certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
- New Criminal Background check result
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience in delivery or customer-facing roles is an asset
