Overview
Prestige Paving Solutions is a growing driveway paving and sealing company serving homeowners across the GTA and Durham Region. We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present quotes, and turn opportunities into booked jobs.
This is a commission-based field sales role suited to someone motivated by earning potential and comfortable building their own pipeline. You'll work an active territory, generating business directly in the communities where our crews are already on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners on-site to assess driveways and present accurate quotes
- Build presence and generate new business within your assigned territory, including the neighbourhoods surrounding active job sites
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services, including add-ons such as sealing on new paving work
- Turn objections into conversations and close sales confidently
- Meet or exceed weekly booking targets
- Track leads, appointments, and follow-ups to keep your pipeline organized
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience is an asset, particularly in home services, trades, or direct sales; the right candidate with strong drive will be trained
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused, results-oriented approach
- Resilient and persistent — you treat rejection as part of the process and keep your momentum through the slower days
- Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
- Able to work outdoors throughout the paving season
