We have an exciting opportunity to join our IT team in the position of Master Data Administrator!
The Master Data Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of the company’s master data across various systems. This role involves managing data input, updates, and overall governance to support the business processes and decision-making throughout all areas of the business. The specialist works closely with different departments (e.g., finance, operations, supply chain, product development and marketing) to ensure seamless data management and resolution of data discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud MasterData Administration and Integration: Oversee, support, and maintain the FuzConnect B2B online customer portal and SAP Cloud CRM.
SAP Business One Master Data Management: Import, cleanse, and maintain master data integrity in SAP Business One.
Product and Pricing Table Administration: Administer and support special pricing events, including pricing tables for strategic pricing within SAP Business One.
Finance Month-End Processing: Perform cost center and distribution rules data analysis and verification as part of month-end processes.
Reporting Development and Validation: Develop, validate, and ensure the integrity of reports using Crystal Reports and ZAPBI.
Remote Support: Provide remote support as needed to ensure operational continuity.
Knowledge Sharing Documentation: Create and maintain documentation to share knowledge on problem resolution and troubleshooting techniques.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in a Business/IT Data Analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAPB1, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) to manage master data within the system.
- Proficiency in databases such as SQL, and working knowledge of relational database management systems and Reporting (Crystal Reports/PowerBI, ZAPBI)
- Data governance knowledge to manage the integrity, security, and quality of data across the organization.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and other complex functions.
- Experience with remote desktop applications.
- Understanding of data modeling and the ability to create and maintain master data architecture.
